Update

Ok guys, It has been a hard week for me to work on the game. I seemed to have burned myself out. I started agian tonight on the game. I now have most of the graphics for the tractor purchase screen. Most of the programming is done also for the purchase screen. Final Count on purchaseable tractors is 34. There are also a few hidden ones that can only be aquired by upgrading from a cheep tractor. I still have alot of work ahead of me. but I have gotten a few crutial parts of the game done.




each Model of tractor has its own unique story with it. it also has its own strengths and weaknesses.






Above is a sample of one of the stock tractors. notice it has as story with the tractor. Below Is an unlimited Super Sotck Tractor. these 2 pictures represent the cheapest and most expensive tractors for purchase. (note not all of the unlimited Supers are this much money)






A few other notes. The Chat Room had the first Offical Chat ever on monday night. It was kinda slow at times but I think there were about 10~15 members at different times.

The forum is temporarily shut down again. Since I had so much trouble with spam. I am currently reviewing what should be done for a forum. I am not sure what I will do for a forum.

First Ever Tractor Pulling Game (1989 NES Bigfoot)

When I was a kid I remember playing the Bigfoot game for the NES and It had a few levels in there where you got to tractor pull with bigfoot. This was an awsome game except you would about were out your Controller hitting the left right keys to make the truck go. I always thought it had better graphics till tonight when I got a chance once again to play the game. I love the fact that the sled is almost as tall as a monster truck. Also love the sled box(the Arrow) I have always claimed that I created the first Online Tractor Pulling Game but to give credit where credit is due the folks at acclaim created the first ever tractor pulling game in 1989. So I can still claim the title of first ever online tractor pulling game. I can not claim first ever.


The Bigfoot game started out with a top view race where you would run through a course and try to completely destroy your opponent. then you would move on to different types of tracks such as Car Crushing, Mud Racing, Hill Climbing and tractor pulling. The above shot shows the tractor pulling screen. The graphics were kinda crude but the game was awsome. So next time anybody says the graphics on my game stink I want you to look at the above picture.

New headway made

I have started on the Interface for the game where you select your tractor. So far there is 7 tractors done. Each tractor will have its own unique features and also its own story. I have started to create the Fake Tractor Brands histories and each model has the story of what it is around. It looks like there will be about 35 tractors in the game that you can purchase. Some of these are different versions of the same tractors while some are completly unique. the tractors are about 5 different brands. A blue one, A red one, A green one, A yellow one, an orange one, and a orange and white one. The tractors you can purchase are anything from stock to Unlimited Superstock. The interface should be done by late next week. that is when the game realy starts to take shape and the unique features will be shown. Alot of work ahead of me.

Worlds fastest Backhoe

One more for you to waste time with today. This backhoe runs a 17 second quarter mile. at around 90 miles per hour. Pretty impressive for a backhoe. LOL check it out.

Hey guys here are the last 2 of the full featured stock to Super stock Samples. Unless I decided something different these are the last 2 in the game. As I have said before there will be othere Special Tractors but these will be the last of the Full Stock to Super Stock Tractors.

Started on some of the high end tractors

These tractors will only be avalable in the game to purchase whole. You will be able to buy this tractor as an unlimited super stock tractor. The price will be high but the tractor will perform good. this is just the first. Notice that this tractor does not have a stock version it only has the Super Stock Version. I will have several more of these "special tractors"

Hey guys just put a total sample page together for teh tractors that Have been assembled for the new game. this is not a complete sample but this is just what is finished so far. I hope you like it. If you don't see a model or brand of tractor that you would like to see in the new game let me know and I may be able to work something up for it. I fixed the first John Deere that was added

I had some Issues with the first John Deere that I showed on the boards. I saved over it by accident. so I redid it. It turned out pretty good. here is the sample panel
